One advantage of a professional career in language education is job variety.
Language educators work in and outside the classroom specializing in subject areas (teaching of writing, speaking), content areas (language for business, translators) and age groups (elementary education, college, adults). The field of applied linguistics has the need for specialists in research, language testing, teacher training, publications and other specialized fields. As a result you will find variety among our TESOL and TFL alumni.
